Take the Quiz

The protocol

What exactly am I buying?

A digital playbook in PDF, 20 chapters with all 28 days mapped out: the nutrition framework, the hormone type assessment, sleep, stress, hormonal acne, the 28-day meal plan, recipes, a grocery list, supplements, movement, the tracking journal and tracker, and everything for after day 28 including the lab tests worth asking your provider about.

How’s this different from other hormone books?

Most books explain what’s happening to you. This is a structure you follow, with a job for each week, a way to track it, and a plan for what happens after day 28.

Do I have to take the assessment?

You can follow the core protocol without it, but weeks two and three are personalized by hormone type, so the assessment is what makes those weeks specific to you.

How much time does it take each day?

Meal prep you’d be doing anyway, a short stress practice, and about two minutes of tracking. The wind-down replaces evening habits instead of adding to them.

Do I have to start on a particular day?

No. The protocol runs on days rather than dates. Day one is whenever you begin.

Payment and delivery

How do I pay?

Place your order on the site, then pay by card or PayPal on the next screen. You’ll get a confirmation email with your order number straight away, and it carries the payment link too in case you want to come back to it.

When do I get access?

Your download link is emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived within one business day, check your spam folder first, then email support with your order number and we will resend it.

The email hasn’t arrived. What now?

Check your spam and promotions folders first, then email support with the name and address you used on the order and we’ll send a fresh link.

Is this a subscription?

No. It’s a one-time purchase with no recurring charge and nothing else to buy to finish the 28 days.

Printing and devices

Can I read it on my phone?

Yes. It’s laid out to read on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Which parts are worth printing?

The daily tracking journal pages and the weekly grocery lists are designed for printing. The rest reads better on screen.

Can I put it on more than one device?

Yes. It’s a single file for your own personal use across your own devices.

Refunds

What’s the guarantee?

Sixty days from purchase. If it isn’t the right fit, email support with your first and last name, the email you ordered with, and your order number.

How long do refunds take?

We process requests quickly and you’ll get an email confirming it. The money goes back to your original payment method on your bank’s timeline.

Are there conditions?

Refunds apply to orders placed directly through this website, and download access ends once a refund goes through. The refund policy page has the rest.

Supplements and diet

Do I need expensive supplements?

No. The supplement section is deliberately short: a small core stack plus a few additions by hormone type. It’s optional, and the meal plan, sleep and stress work carry most of the protocol.

Should I check the supplements with someone?

Yes. Talk dosing through with your own provider, especially alongside prescribed medication, an existing condition, pregnancy or breastfeeding.

I’ve got dietary restrictions. Will this work?

Yes. The meal plan is a framework with swaps instead of a fixed menu, and it adapts to vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free eating.

Is there calorie counting?

No. Meals are built from a plate of protein, fiber and fat instead of a calorie target.

Menopause and life stage

Is this right for me if I’m in menopause?

The protocol is written as education for women at every stage after 30, including perimenopause and menopause. It isn’t a treatment and it doesn’t replace advice from your own provider, so take anything you’re unsure about to them.

I’m on HRT. Can I still follow it?

The nutrition, sleep, stress and movement sections are general lifestyle content. Run anything that touches supplements or testing past the clinician managing your treatment before you change a thing.

Will this help hormonal acne specifically?

There’s a whole section on the insulin, inflammation and androgen pathways behind adult breakouts. It’s educational content, and skin that won’t settle is worth taking to a clinician.

What this is and what it isn’t

Is this medical advice?

No. The Hormone Reset Protocol is educational wellness content. It isn’t medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and it doesn’t replace care from a qualified provider.

Is the hormone type assessment a diagnosis?

No. It sorts your symptoms into the pattern they look most like, so the protocol can be made specific to you. It’s an educational self-assessment.

Are the results on this site typical?

What’s described here is what women commonly report, not a guarantee. Results vary with your health history, where you’re starting from, and how consistent you are.

Who shouldn’t start this without talking to a provider first?

Anyone who’s pregnant or breastfeeding, managing a diagnosed condition, taking prescribed medication, or dealing with symptoms that are new, severe or getting worse.
